Note, however, they require precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads to ensure a flawless seal.
Our single jacketed gaskets boast a design where one surface is entirely encased by a metal jacket, covering both the OD and ID. These are ideally suited for narrow flange widths in low pressure valve and pump applications.
Our ingeniously engineered double jacketed gaskets feature a two-piece metal jacket that comprehensively covers the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Primarily used in heat exchanger applications, they skillfully manage corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly incorporated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains perfectly intact in both configurations.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are a perfect match for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those with intricate shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar high-demand applications. Typically, general gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures ranging from 6-10Mpa, making them highly versatile and reliable.
Our jackets are meticulously crafted from an array of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring durability and performance.
The filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, offering exceptional sealing capabilities.
Our gasket thickness tolerance is precisely calibrated at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), upholding the highest standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled, set at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
