The single jacketed gaskets are ingeniously designed with a single surface that is entirely enveloped by a durable metal jacket covering both the OD and ID. These gaskets are the ideal solution for narrow flange widths in low pressure valve and pump applications, ensuring reliable performance.
Double jacketed gaskets are a marvel of design with a two-piece metal jacket that perfectly encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. These gaskets are primarily utilized in heat exchanger applications, where they adeptly handle corrosive and high-temperature environments with ease.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded into the design, ensuring that the primary seal remains uncompromised in all configurations, offering increased reliability and performance.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are the perfect choice for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. In contrast, those with intricate shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets span a width of 10-25 MM and a thickness of 2MM-8MM, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them a versatile and reliable solution for various industrial needs.
Jackets are expertly crafted from a selection of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and beyond, ensuring durability and performance.
Our filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, providing a tailored solution for every specific need.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to exacting standards for superior performance.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are non-existent, requiring the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
