The double jacketed gaskets boast a sophisticated two-piece metal jacket that completely encases the outer and inner diameters, as well as both sealing surfaces. Primarily designed for heat exchanger applications, these gaskets excel in mitigating corrosive influences and managing high-temperature conditions.
Our expertly crafted internal ribs or pass partition bars can be either seamlessly integrated or deftly welded, ensuring the integrity of the primary seal in all configurations remains intact and uncompromised.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are superb for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion engines. Generally, these versatile gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness and can endure maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa.

(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are scrupulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, requiring the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
