DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET

Single jacketed gaskets are crafted with one surface and encapsulated by a metal jacket that covers both the OD and ID. They are perfectly suited for applications with narrow flange widths, such as low pressure valves and pumps.
Double jacketed gaskets are masterfully designed with a dual metal jacket that entirely encases the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Predominantly used in heat exchanger applications, they excel in managing corrosive and high temperature environments.
Integrate internal ribs, or pass partition bars, seamlessly or weld them expertly, ensuring that the primary seal remains impeccable in any configuration.

Gaskets with simple designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Intricately shaped gaskets excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets measure 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, and can endure working pressures up to 6-10Mpa, offering versatility and reliability.
Our jackets are fabricated from an array of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, and monel.
Filler materials include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient options.
The gasket thickness tolerance is set with precision at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously maintained at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, necessitating the use of Class 600;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are unavailable, requiring Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
