Single jacketed gaskets are distinguished by a single surface entirely enclosed by a metal jacket, covering both the OD and ID. These are ideal for applications involving narrow flange widths, particularly in low-pressure valves and pumps.
Double jacketed gaskets are brilliantly crafted with a dual-piece metal jacket that completely surrounds the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Primarily utilized in heat exchanger settings, they excel in managing corrosive and high-temperature conditions.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be flawlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the integrity of the primary seal in any configuration.

Gaskets with simple designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal combustion engines. Those with complex shapes are superior in the flange covers of heat exchangers and related applications. Generally, standard gaskets span a width of 10-25 MM and a thickness of 2MM-8MM, withstanding peak working pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them versatile and dependable.

The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely calibrated at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), guaranteeing exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets sized NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously regulated at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, necessitating the use of Class 600;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are unavailable, requiring Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
