The single jacketed gaskets boast a unique design with one surface and a complete metal jacket enveloping both outer and inner diameters. They are perfect for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications, offering a reliable sealing solution.
Designed with ingenuity, the double jacketed gaskets feature a two-piece metal jacket that completely encloses the outer diameter, inner diameter, and both sealing surfaces. They excel in heat exchanger applications and are proficient in managing corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring that the primary seal remains uncompromised in any configuration.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and the sealing surfaces of internal-combustion engines. Intricately shaped gaskets excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, these general gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding maximum operating pressures of 6-10Mpa, showcasing their versatility and dependability.
Our jackets are crafted from an array of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and beyond.
Filler options encompass expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other durable materials, providing choices for diverse application needs.
The gasket thickness tolerance is set with exacting precision at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), adhering to stringent quality standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, making it necessary to use Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
