Generally, these versatile gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, enduring maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa with reliability.
Our jackets are available in a premium selection of materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and more.
The filler materials are expertly chosen from expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, among other resilient options, ensuring uncompromised performance.
Our gasket thickness tolerance is set to the highest precision at (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), guaranteeing industry-leading standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are precisely controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, thus requiring the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
