These gaskets are fabricated directly from the resin producer's material, never having been molded into another shape, thereby maintaining the highest levels of physical and electrical insulation properties. With enhanced resistance to creep or compression under substantial load, Virgin Grade PTFE is easily identified by its distinctive whiter hue in comparison to mechanical grade PTFE.
Expertly constructed from synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene, PTFE gaskets are composed entirely of carbon and fluorine, naturally hydrophobic, effortlessly repelling water and water-based substances.
