Single jacketed gaskets feature a streamlined design, enveloped entirely by a metal jacket covering both the OD and ID. They are ideal solutions for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Our double jacketed gaskets are a marvel of engineering, with a two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Predominantly utilized in heat exchanger applications, they excel in corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring an uncompromised primary seal in every configuration.

Gaskets with simple designs are perfectly suited for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. For intricate shapes, they shine in flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Generally, these gaskets measure 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, supporting maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, offering reliability and versatility.

Choose from a range of resilient filler options such as expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other durable materials.
We ensure precision with a gasket thickness tolerance set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), meeting exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, we meticulously control the outside and inside diameter tolerances at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges aren't available, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are unavailable, requiring Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 flanges are not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
