These masterpieces do require precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads to achieve an optimal and reliable seal.
Single jacketed gaskets are expertly crafted with one surface, completely enveloped by a metal jacket that covers both the OD and ID. They are ideal for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications, providing a solution that combines simplicity with effectiveness.
Double jacketed gaskets showcase an ingenious design with a two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They are predominantly utilized in heat exchanger applications and are perfectly adept at handling corrosive and high-temperature environments, ensuring longevity and dependability.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded into the gasket design. This ensures that the primary seal remains uncompromised in both configurations, providing an additional layer of security and functionality.

The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring we meet the most exacting standards for quality and performance.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm), ensuring a perfect fit and reliable performance.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, requiring the use of Class 600 instead, providing solutions that adapt to your needs;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500, ensuring compatibility and performance;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, demanding tailored solutions to meet high-performance requirements.
