DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our masterfully engineered metal jacketed gaskets feature a durable thin metallic outer shell that robustly encases a resilient filler material. Each gasket is meticulously handmade and available in an extensive range of shapes and sizes, crafted from a premium selection of metals and fillers. The inclusion of configurable internal ribs offers enhanced versatility. These gaskets are vital for heat exchanger applications, though they necessitate precision flange surfaces and elevated bolt loads to achieve an optimal seal.
Single jacketed gaskets, with one surface entirely wrapped by a metal jacket covering both the OD and ID, are crafted to perfection for applications with narrow flange widths, such as low-pressure valve and pump uses.
Double jacketed gaskets are brilliantly crafted with a two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Predominantly used in heat exchanger applications, these gaskets excel in managing corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the integrity of the primary seal remains intact in both configurations.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are ideally suited for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion engines. Those with intricate shapes excel in flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Generally, these versatile gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness and can withstand maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them both reliable and adaptable.
Jackets are meticulously crafted from a selection of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and more.
The filler options boast expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, catering to diverse industrial needs.
The precision of the gasket thickness tolerance is assured at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), meeting exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are stringently controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, the absence of Class 600 flanges requires the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
