DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Introducing our masterfully engineered metal jacketed gaskets, designed with an exceptionally strong metallic outer shell that elegantly encases a highly durable filler material. This avant-garde design delivers unparalleled filler protection, offering outstanding resistance to pressure dynamics, extreme temperatures, and corrosive environments. Painstakingly handcrafted, these gaskets come in a wide range of distinctive shapes and sizes, paired with an elite selection of metals and fillers. Customizable internal ribs offer additional flexibility. These gaskets are crucial for heat exchanger applications, though they demand precise flange surfaces and high bolt loads to guarantee a superior seal.
Single jacketed gaskets boast a single surface fully sheathed by a metal jacket that covers both outer and inner diameters. They are especially suited for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets feature a brilliantly conceived two-piece metal jacket that completely envelops the outer diameter, inner diameter, and both sealing surfaces. Primarily used in heat exchanger applications, they adeptly withstand corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs or pass partition bars can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the integrity of the primary seal remains intact in any configuration.

Gaskets with straightforward designs perfectly suit pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion engines. Those with sophisticated shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, and can handle maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, ensuring versatility and reliability.
Jackets are meticulously crafted from an array of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more.
Our filler options encompass expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, each selected for their durability and performance.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely calibrated at (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), reflecting our commitment to exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are rigorously set at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, thus requiring the use of Class 600;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are non-existent, necessitating the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
