With customizable internal rib configurations, these gaskets are the preferred choice for heat exchanger applications. However, they require uniformly smooth flange surfaces and substantial bolt loads to achieve an impeccable seal.
Single jacketed gaskets are expertly crafted with one side and both outer and inner diameters enveloped by a sleek metal jacket. Ideal for applications with narrow flange widths, they excel in low-pressure environments such as valve and pump systems.
Double jacketed gaskets are the epitome of protection, fully enveloped by a robust two-piece metal jacket that covers the outer diameter, inner diameter, and both sealing surfaces. Perfect for demanding heat exchanger applications, they are adept in handling corrosive and high-temperature conditions.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or securely welded. In both configurations, the primary seal remains reliably intact, ensuring consistent performance.

These gaskets, with their simple shapes, are optimally utilized in pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. For more intricate designs, they are adeptly applied in the flange covers of heat exchangers, among others. Typically measuring 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, they are engineered to withstand maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa.
Jackets: Crafted from premium materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, and monel, ensuring unmatched durability and performance.
Filler: Comprising expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, etc., these fillers provide resilience and adaptability across diverse applications.
The gasket thickness is maintained with precision, adhering to a tolerance of (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) or (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring exact fit and functionality.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 through NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm) for guaranteed precision.
(2). Note: No Class 400 flanges are available for NPS 1/2 through NPS 3. Please opt for Class 600 for these specifications.
(3). Important: No Class 600 flanges exist for NPS 1/2 through NPS 2-1/2. For these requirements, Class 1500 is recommended.
(4). Attention: Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS 14 and larger sizes, ensuring you select the appropriate specifications for your needs.
