Single jacketed gaskets, featuring a surface fully encapsulated by a robust metal jacket covering both the OD and ID, excel in low pressure valve and pump applications with narrow flange widths.
Double jacketed gaskets feature a sophisticated two-piece metal jacket, thoroughly encapsulating the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They are primarily used in heat exchanger applications where they adeptly manage corrosive and high temperature conditions.
Our internal ribs, or pass partition bars, are expertly integrated or precision welded, ensuring the primary seal remains intact in all conditions.

Typically, these versatile gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, and withstand pressures up to 6-10Mpa, ensuring reliability.
Our jackets are crafted from a premium selection of materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring durability and performance.

Our gasket thickness tolerance is precisely calibrated at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), meeting rigorous exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously maintained at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are unavailable, requiring Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is absent for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
