Single jacketed gaskets are expertly crafted to feature one sealing surface, entirely encased by a metal jacket that covers both the OD and ID. Perfectly suited for narrow flange widths, they are ideal in low pressure valve and pump scenarios.
Our double jacketed gaskets boast an ingenious two-piece metal jacket design, fully enveloping the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Specifically engineered for heat exchanger applications, they excel in managing corrosive and high-temperature environments with ease.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or skillfully welded, ensuring the primary seal remains flawless in every configuration.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are tailored for pipeline flanges and internal-combustion machine sealing surfaces. Intricately designed gaskets excel in flange covers for heat exchangers and similar uses. Generally, standard gaskets measure 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, enduring maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, showcasing their versatility and reliability.
Our jackets are meticulously crafted from a premium array of materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and beyond.
Our filler options are vast, encompassing expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and a variety of other resilient materials to meet your needs.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely calibrated at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring stringent standards of precision.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, we meticulously control the outside and inside diameter tolerances at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, thus necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are non-existent, requiring Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
