Xinsen-J Ring Joint Gasket

These gaskets are ingeniously 'crushed' into the flange (a process known as coining & intimate contact), forming a superior seal by effectively filling all imperfections and potential leak paths with the gasket material. Under the influence of high sealing stress, the gasket deforms to provide a robust seal while ensuring the flange remains intact. These gaskets are predominantly utilized within the petrochemical industry, particularly on offshore oil platforms and in refineries, where high service pressures are a necessity. Our ring joint gaskets are engineered with exquisite precision and machined to meet the most rigorous specifications and tight tolerances, complying with ASME B16.20 and API 6A standards.
