Single jacketed gaskets are engineered with meticulous precision, featuring one surface completely encompassed by a metal jacket covering both the OD and ID. These gaskets are ideal for applications involving narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump settings.
Double jacketed gaskets exhibit an ingenious design, characterized by a two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Primarily used in heat exchanger applications, these gaskets excel in handling corrosive environments and high temperatures.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal's integrity remains uncompromised in both configurations.

Our gaskets, whether with straightforward or intricate designs, are perfect for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Their intricate formations excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, these versatile and reliable gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa.
Our jackets are crafted from a superior selection of materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more.
For filler options, we provide expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials that ensure exceptional durability.
The gasket thickness tolerance is carefully set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring we meet exacting standards consistently.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are strictly controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, thus requiring the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
