Single jacketed gaskets, featuring a singular surface, are completely enveloped by a robust metal jacket that covers both the OD and ID. These gaskets are ideally suited for narrow flange widths in low pressure applications, such as valves and pumps, ensuring reliable performance and durability.
Double jacketed gaskets boast an ingenious design, featuring a two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Renowned for their versatility, they are predominantly utilized in demanding heat exchanger applications, deftly handling corrosive and high temperature environments with ease.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains steadfast and uncompromised in both configurations, enhancing the gasket's reliability and functionality.

The filler options are just as meticulous, including expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, offering unrivaled performance and durability.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at an impressive (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring that each gasket adheres to our exacting standards of excellence.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm), ensuring precision at every level.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, requiring the use of Class 600 instead, thereby maintaining integrity and performance.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500, ensuring that performance is never compromised.
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, ensuring that every application is matched with the correct specification.
