DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET

These exceptional gaskets are crucial for heat exchanger applications, requiring precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads to deliver a supreme seal.
Single jacketed gaskets are a masterpiece of design, featuring a single surface entirely encased in a metal jacket that wraps around both the OD and ID. Perfectly suited for low-pressure valve and pump applications with narrow flange widths.
Double jacketed gaskets are masterfully engineered with a two-piece metal jacket that entirely encloses the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They are predominantly used in heat exchanger applications and excel in corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs or pass partition bars can be smoothly integrated or expertly welded to ensure the primary seal remains uncompromised, regardless of the configuration.

Gaskets designed with simplicity are ideal for pipeline flanges and the sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Intricately shaped gaskets shine in flange covers of heat exchangers and similar settings. Generally, these versatile and reliable gaskets measure between 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of handling maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa.
Our jackets are made from a range of premium materials such as soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more.
Filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other robust materials, ensuring reliability and durability.
The gasket thickness tolerance is strictly set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), meeting the highest precision standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the inside and outside diameter tolerances are tightly controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
