Single jacketed gaskets offer a streamlined design with a single surface and both OD and ID seamlessly encased within a metal jacket. Ideal for applications with narrow flange widths, especially in low-pressure valve and pump systems.
Double jacketed gaskets provide comprehensive coverage with a dual-piece metal jacket that encapsulates OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. These gaskets excel in heat exchanger applications, offering reliable performance in corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, are available in integral or welded forms. Regardless of the type, they ensure the primary seal is consistently maintained for superior performance.

Our gaskets come in simple shapes for pipeline flange and internal-combustion machine sealing surfaces, and more complex designs for heat exchanger flange covers. With widths ranging from 10-25 MM and thicknesses of 2MM-8MM, they handle working pressures up to 6-10Mpa, delivering unmatched reliability.
Jackets: Choose from a diverse range including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more.
Filler: Select from premium materials like expanded graphite, ceramic, and PTFE for optimal performance.
Our gasket thickness tolerance is meticulously controlled at (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) or (+0.8mm, -0.0mm) to ensure precision.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances stand at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch or (+1.5mm, -0.0mm).
(2). Note that there are no Class 400 flanges available for NPS 1/2 through NPS 3; instead, please use Class 600.
(3). For NPS 1/2 through NPS 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are not available; Class 1500 is recommended.
(4). There are no Class 2500 flanges available for sizes NPS 14 and larger.
