DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Experience the epitome of gasket engineering with our masterfully designed metal jacketed gaskets. These gaskets feature a robust, thin metallic outer shell that securely encases a high-performance filler material. This groundbreaking design provides unparalleled protection for the filler, delivering extraordinary resistance against pressure, temperature, and corrosion. Each gasket is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship, available in a broad spectrum of shapes and sizes, and offers a premium choice of metals and fillers. With adaptable internal ribs, these gaskets cater to diverse applications. They are quintessential for heat exchanger applications, though they necessitate precise flange surfaces and elevated bolt loads to achieve an exceptional seal.
Single jacketed gaskets are ingeniously crafted with a single surface completely enveloped by a protective metal jacket, covering both the outer diameter (OD) and inner diameter (ID). These are ideally suited for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications, offering a perfect blend of strength and flexibility.
Double jacketed gaskets are artfully engineered with a two-piece metal jacket that fully encases the outer diameter (OD), inner diameter (ID), and both sealing surfaces. They are predominantly employed in heat exchanger applications and are adept at managing corrosive and high-temperature environments with efficacy and precision.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring that the primary seal remains uncompromised, regardless of configuration, delivering flawless performance every time.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are the ideal choice for pipeline flanges and the sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Meanwhile, those with intricate shapes elevate performance in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar demanding applications. Typically, general gaskets span a width of 10-25 MM and a thickness of 2MM-8MM, engineered to endure maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, ensuring versatility and dependability in every use.
Our jackets are meticulously crafted from a premium selection of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and many more distinguished options.
The filler options encompass an array of resilient materials such as expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other robust alternatives, each chosen to enhance performance and reliability.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely calibrated at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to exacting standards with every production.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously regulated at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are absent, prompting the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
