Single jacketed gaskets showcase a singular surface, enveloped entirely by a metal jacket covering both the OD and ID. They are perfectly suited for applications with narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump settings, providing an optimal solution.
Ingeniously crafted, double jacketed gaskets boast a two-piece metal jacket that encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Primarily utilized in heat exchanger applications, these gaskets excel in corrosive and high-temperature environments, offering unmatched performance and reliability.
Internal ribs or pass partition bars can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded into the gaskets, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised in either configuration, offering a robust and secure sealing solution.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are quintessential for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces in internal-combustion machines. Typically, our gaskets span a width of 10-25 MM and a thickness of 2MM-8MM, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, proving them to be versatile and reliable across various applications.
Jackets are crafted from an exquisite selection of high-quality materials such as soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring exceptional performance in diverse environments.
Our filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, each selected for their supreme capacity to enhance gasket performance and dependability under demanding conditions.
The thickness tolerance of our gaskets is precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), adhering to exacting standards to guarantee precision and reliability.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm), ensuring superior fit and function;
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead, emphasizing adaptability and availability;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring the use of Class 1500, showcasing versatility across different requirements;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, illustrating the need for alternative classifications.
