DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our exquisitely crafted metal jacketed gaskets are a masterpiece of engineering, featuring a robust, thin metallic outer shell that securely encases a resilient filler material. This innovative design provides unparalleled protection for the filler, ensuring exceptional resistance to pressure, temperature, and corrosion. Each gasket is meticulously handmade, available in a diverse array of shapes and sizes, and crafted from a premium selection of metals and fillers. With configurable internal ribs for enhanced versatility, these gaskets excel in heat exchanger applications, requiring precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads to achieve an optimal seal.
Single jacketed gaskets boast a design where one surface is completely enveloped by a metal jacket, covering both the OD and ID. This makes them perfect for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets are ingeniously designed with a two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Ideally suited for heat exchanger applications, they adeptly handle corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, maintaining the primary seal's integrity in both configurations.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those with intricate shapes excel in flange covers for heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, these versatile gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, and can withstand maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, ensuring reliability across various applications.
Jackets are crafted from a selection of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring durability and performance.
The filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, providing flexibility and strength.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, requiring the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
