Innovatively designed, single jacketed gaskets boast one sealing surface, entirely enveloped by a metal jacket covering both the outer and inner diameters. They are the perfect fit for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications, delivering reliable performance.
Double jacketed gaskets are ingeniously crafted with a two-piece metal jacket that completely encapsulates the outer diameter, inner diameter, and both sealing surfaces. This design is predominantly utilized in rigorous heat exchanger applications, adeptly handling corrosive and high-temperature environments, offering superior protection and durability.

Typically, general gaskets span a width of 10-25 MM and thickness of 2MM-8MM, withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa. Our jackets are crafted from a selection of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring durability and performance.
The filler options are robust and versatile, including expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, catering to a wide array of application needs.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely engineered at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), meeting exacting standards to ensure reliability and performance.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm), ensuring precision and consistency;
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 flanges for optimal performance;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are not available, requiring the use of Class 1500 for superior fit and reliability;
(4). For larger NPS sizes of 14 and above, Class 2500 is not available, ensuring the use of available alternatives for effective sealing.
