DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Metal jacketed gaskets are meticulously crafted with a robust metallic outer shell encasing a highly resilient filler material. This sophisticated design ensures that the metal casing not only shields the filler but also exhibits remarkable resistance to pressure, extreme temperatures, and corrosive environments. These gaskets are available in a plethora of shapes and sizes, tailored with a diverse selection of metals and fillers. Unique internal rib configurations enhance their versatility. Predominantly utilized in heat exchanger applications, these gaskets necessitate precisely maintained flange surfaces and high bolt loads to guarantee an efficient seal.
Single jacketed gaskets feature a single-sided metal jacket that envelops both the outer and inner dimensions, making them the ideal choice for narrow flange widths in applications involving low-pressure valves and pumps.
Double jacketed gaskets are engineered with a comprehensive two-piece metal covering that protects the outer diameter, inner diameter, and both sealing surfaces. These gaskets are indispensable in heat exchanger systems, offering unparalleled performance in corrosive environments and high-temperature conditions.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be either integrally constructed or welded, ensuring the primary seal is consistently upheld across both types.

Gaskets with simplistic geometries are optimized for pipeline flanges and internal-combustion machinery sealing surfaces, whereas complex geometries are ideal for heat exchanger flange covers. These gaskets typically range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, engineered to perform under maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa.
Jackets: Our metal jackets are crafted from a wide array of premium materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and more.
Filler: The filler materials are composed of expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, etc., each selected for their superior sealing properties.
The precision of our gaskets is assured with a thickness tolerance of (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) or (+0.8mm, -0.0mm).
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outer and inner diameter tolerances are strictly maintained at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm).
(2). Please note, Class 400 flanges are not available for NPS 1/2 through NPS 3 (Use Class 600);
(3). There are no Class 600 flanges for sizes NPS 1/2 through NPS 2-1/2 (Use Class 1500 instead);
(4). Flanges for Class 2500 are unavailable for NPS 14 and larger dimensions.
