Our ring joint gaskets are a marvel of engineering, crafted from solid metal with a highly polished finish. These gaskets are specifically designed to be softer than the flange material, ensuring a perfect seal. The gasket is meticulously 'crushed' into the flange, creating a flawless seal that fills any imperfections and leak paths with its material. Even under extreme sealing stress, the gasket will smartly deform, while the flange remains intact. Predominantly used in the demanding petrochemical industry, such as offshore oil platforms and refineries, these gaskets withstand the highest service pressures. Precision-engineered and machined to stringent specifications, they meet the exacting standards of ASME B16.20 and API 6A.
