Single jacketed gaskets are elegantly designed with one sealing surface, entirely encased in a metal jacket that covers both outer and inner diameters. They are ideally suited for applications with narrow flange widths, such as those found in low-pressure valves and pumps.
Double jacketed gaskets are masterfully crafted with a two-piece metal jacket that thoroughly envelops the outer and inner diameters as well as both sealing surfaces. These gaskets are optimally used in heat exchanger applications, excelling in environments with corrosive elements and elevated temperatures.
Seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, maintain the integrity of the primary seal in all configurations, safeguarding against seal compromise.

Simple gasket designs are perfectly suited for pipeline flanges and internal-combustion machinery sealing surfaces. Those designed with complexity are ideal for the flange covers of heat exchangers and related applications. Typically, these general-use gaskets are crafted with widths spanning 10-25 MM and thicknesses ranging from 2MM to 8MM, resilient under working pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them versatile and highly reliable.
Our jackets are expertly crafted from a selection of high-quality materials such as soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring durability and performance.
Filler materials include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient options expertly chosen for their superior sealing properties.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely defined at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), upholding our commitment to exceptional quality and precision.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm), ensuring the highest standards of accuracy;
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 flanges to maintain system integrity;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring the adoption of Class 1500 instead for optimal performance;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, necessitating alternative specifications.
