DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our Metal Jacketed Gaskets are meticulously crafted, featuring a sleek metallic outer shell that encases a highly resilient filler material. Each gasket is handcrafted and available in an extensive array of shapes and sizes, with a wide selection of metals and fillers to choose from. Internal ribs can be tailored to any desired configuration. These gaskets excel in heat exchanger applications but require high-quality, even flange surfaces and substantial bolt loads to deliver an effective seal.
Single jacketed gaskets boast a design where one surface and both the outer diameter (OD) and inner diameter (ID) are shielded by the metal jacket. They are the ideal choice for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets are expertly crafted with a two-piece metal jacket that completely envelops the outer diameter (OD), inner diameter (ID), and both sealing surfaces. These gaskets are highly sought after for heat exchanger applications and are perfectly suited for environments that demand resistance to corrosion and high temperatures.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised and secure in both configurations.

Our gaskets, tailored for simplicity, are ideal for pipeline flanges and the sealing surfaces of internal combustion machines. Those crafted for more complex shapes are perfect for flange covers in heat exchangers. With widths ranging from 10-25 MM and thicknesses of 2MM-8MM, they can withstand maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, delivering robust performance across various applications.
Jackets available in a diverse array of materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, among others.
Filler materials include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and more, each meticulously selected for optimal performance.
Our gaskets are engineered with precision, offering a thickness tolerance of (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) or (+0.8mm, -0.0mm).
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are expertly maintained at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm).
(2). Note that Class 400 flanges are unavailable for NPS 1/2 through NPS 3; instead, opt for Class 600 flanges.
(3). Please be advised that Class 600 flanges cannot be used for NPS 1/2 through NPS 2-1/2; Class 1500 flanges are recommended for these sizes.
(4). Class 2500 flanges are not available for NPS 14 and larger sizes.
