DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Introducing our meticulously engineered metal jacketed gaskets, a masterpiece of design featuring a robust and thin metallic outer shell that securely encases a resilient, high-performance filler material. This cutting-edge design provides unparalleled protection, offering superior resistance to pressure, extreme temperatures, and corrosion. Handcrafted with precision, these gaskets are available in a vast array of shapes and sizes, utilizing a premium selection of metals and fillers to meet diverse application needs. The inclusion of configurable internal ribs enhances their versatility, making them indispensable for demanding heat exchanger applications. Please note, these gaskets require precise flange surfaces and high bolt loads to ensure the most effective sealing performance.
Single jacketed gaskets present a streamlined design, featuring one surface entirely enveloped by a protective metal jacket that covers both the outer and inner diameters. This makes them the perfect choice for applications with narrow flange widths, typically found in low-pressure valve and pump scenarios.
Ingeniously crafted, double jacketed gaskets boast a two-piece metal jacket that fully encloses the outer and inner diameters, as well as both sealing surfaces. This sophisticated design is predominantly employed in heat exchanger applications, excelling in environments subjected to corrosive materials and high temperatures.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring that the primary seal remains uncompromised, regardless of the configuration.

Gaskets with simple designs are ideally suited for pipeline flanges and the sealing surfaces of internal-combustion engines. For more complex requirements, gaskets featuring intricate shapes are perfect for flange covers in heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general-purpose gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures between 6-10Mpa, ensuring their adaptability and reliability across various uses.
The jackets are crafted from a curated selection of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and others, ensuring strength and durability.
Our filler options are meticulously selected from resilient materials such as expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other high-performance options, guaranteeing excellent performance.
The gasket thickness tolerance is set with precision at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), adhering to the highest standards of accuracy.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously regulated at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). Note that for NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead, ensuring compatibility and performance;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are unavailable, requiring the use of Class 1500 to meet application needs;
(4). For NPS sizes 14 and larger, Class 2500 is not available, advising alternative solutions.
