DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our Metal Jacketed Gaskets are masterfully crafted with a durable, thin metallic outer shell that encases a flexible filler. This robust design ensures exceptional resistance against pressure, temperature, and corrosion. Each gasket is meticulously handmade and available in a variety of shapes and sizes, offering a broad selection of metal and filler combinations. Featuring customizable internal ribs, these gaskets are ideal for heat exchanger applications but require precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads to ensure an optimal seal.
Single jacketed gaskets provide coverage on one surface, with both outer and inner diameters securely shielded by the metal jacket. These gaskets are perfectly suited for applications involving narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump setups.
Double jacketed gaskets offer comprehensive protection, enveloped by a two-piece metal jacket that covers the outer diameter, inner diameter, and both sealing surfaces. They are extensively used in heat exchanger applications and are tailored for environments involving corrosive substances and high temperature conditions.
Our internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded. In both configurations, the primary seal is reliably preserved, ensuring consistent performance.

Simpler gaskets are designed for pipeline flange and internal-combustion machine sealing surfaces, while more intricate designs are suited for the flange covers in heat exchangers. Typically, these gaskets measure 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, enduring maximum pressures of 6-10Mpa.
Jackets: Our jackets are made from versatile materials like Soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more.
Filler: Crafted using high-performance materials such as Expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and beyond.
The gasket thickness is meticulously controlled with a tolerance of (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm).
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, our outside and inside diameter tolerances are precise: +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). Note: No Class 400 flanges for NPS 1/2 through NPS 3, please use Class 600;
(3). For NPS 1/2 through NPS 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are not available, opt for Class 1500;
