Configurable internal ribs offer additional versatility, making these gaskets indispensable for heat exchanger applications, while necessitating precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads to secure an optimal seal.
Our single jacketed gaskets are ingeniously designed with one surface completely enveloped by a metal jacket, covering both the OD and ID. These gaskets are perfect for narrow flange widths in lower-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets boast an innovative two-piece metal jacket design that entirely encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Predominantly utilized in heat exchanger applications, they adeptly handle corrosive and high-temperature environments, ensuring exceptional performance.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised in any configuration, offering maximum reliability.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those with intricate shapes are exceptional for the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness. They can withstand maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, providing versatility and reliability.
Our jackets are crafted from a curated selection of high-quality metals, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, offering superior strength and durability.
The filler options are diverse, ranging from expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, ensuring optimal performance in various applications.
Our gaskets adhere to exacting standards, with gasket thickness tolerance precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring precision and reliability.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, requiring the use of the more robust Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of the high-performance Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, ensuring adherence to specific application needs.
