The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely maintained at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to exacting standards for flawless performance.
(1). Gaskets from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24 have meticulously controlled outside and inside diameter tolerances at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, the unavailability of Class 400 flanges mandates the use of Class 600 to meet the required specifications;
(3). The absence of Class 600 flanges for NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2 means adopting Class 1500 to ensure compatibility;
(4). For NPS sizes 14 and above, Class 2500 is unavailable.
