Single jacketed gaskets feature one seamless surface and are entirely enveloped by a metal jacket, covering both the OD and ID, making them perfect for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets are ingeniously crafted with a two-piece metal jacket, fully encapsulating the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Predominantly utilized in heat exchanger applications, they excel in handling corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, are seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised across all configurations.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are ideally suited for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those with intricate shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, offering versatility and reliability in abundance.
Jackets are crafted from a superior selection of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring durability and performance.
The resilient filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other high-performance materials, offering tailored solutions for varied applications.
The gasket thickness tolerance is meticulously set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to exacting standards and precision.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, requiring the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
