DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our exquisitely crafted metal jacketed gaskets are engineered with a robust thin metallic outer shell that encases a resilient filler material. This innovative design ensures the utmost protection for the filler, offering exceptional resistance to pressure, temperature, and corrosion. Each gasket is meticulously handmade, available in a diverse array of shapes and sizes, with a premium selection of metals and fillers. Configurable internal ribs provide additional versatility. These gaskets are indispensable for heat exchanger applications, though they do require precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads to achieve an optimal seal.
Single jacketed gaskets feature one surface and are completely enveloped by a metal jacket covering both the OD and ID. They are ideal for narrow flange widths in low pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets are ingeniously designed with a two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They are predominantly utilized in heat exchanger applications and are adept at handling corrosive and high temperature environments.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised in both configurations.

Designed with precision, these versatile gaskets effortlessly adapt to various applications. Straightforward designs are perfect for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Intricate shapes shine in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar high-demand environments. Typically, general gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, enduring maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, ensuring a reliable seal in all applications.
The jackets are crafted from a curated selection of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring durability and performance.
Filler options boast a range of resilient materials such as expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and others, providing exceptional adaptability to various conditions.
The gasket thickness tolerance is meticulously set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring each piece meets the highest precision standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are precisely controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, thus necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are not in existence, requiring the shift to Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
