Single jacketed gaskets boast a single surface, enveloped entirely by a metal jacket covering both the OD and ID. These are expertly designed for narrow flange widths, perfect for low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets are brilliantly engineered with a two-piece metal jacket that thoroughly encloses the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Primarily utilized in heat exchanger applications, these gaskets excel in handling corrosive and high temperature environments.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring that the primary seal remains intact and uncompromised in all configurations.

They can withstand maximum working pressures between 6-10Mpa, ensuring reliability and adaptability.
Our jackets are meticulously crafted from a diverse range of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and others, ensuring longevity and performance.

Our gasket thickness tolerance is precisely calibrated at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), meeting exacting industry standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, and Class 600 should be used instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
