Single jacketed gaskets, featuring one exposed surface, are fully encased by a protective metal jacket that covers both the outer and inner diameters. These are perfectly suited for narrow flange widths, especially in low-pressure valve and pump applications where reliability is crucial.
Ingeniously engineered, double jacketed gaskets boast a dual-component metal jacket that completely encloses the outer and inner diameters, along with both sealing surfaces. They shine in heat exchanger applications, adeptly managing corrosive and high-temperature conditions, offering durability and performance.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, are seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, safeguarding the primary seal integrity in all configurations, ensuring reliability and longevity.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines, whereas those crafted with intricate shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar demanding applications. Generally, these versatile general gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, enduring maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, exemplifying reliability and adaptability.
Our jackets are crafted from a curated selection of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring durability and performance.
The choice of fillers, including expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, enhances adaptability and ensures longevity under various conditions.
Adhering to exacting standards, the gasket thickness tolerance is precisely maintained at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring precision.
(1). For gaskets with NPS ranging from 1/2 to 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm), ensuring precision and reliability.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, thus requiring the use of Class 600 to meet the stringent standards.
(3). For NPS sizes from 1/2 to 2-1/2, the absence of Class 600 flanges necessitates the use of Class 1500, meeting the performance demands.
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, adapting to the needs of varying applications.
