DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET

With configurable internal ribs for enhanced flexibility, these gaskets are essential for heat exchanger applications, necessitating precise flange surfaces and substantial bolt loads to guarantee an impeccable seal.
Single jacketed gaskets present a single sealing surface, fully enveloped by a durable metal jacket covering both the outer and inner diameters. They are perfectly suited for narrow flange widths, especially in low pressure valve and pump scenarios.
Double jacketed gaskets are crafted with a dual-metal jacket that completely encloses the outer and inner diameters along with both sealing surfaces. Predominantly applied in heat exchanger systems, they excel in managing corrosive substances and high-temperature settings.
Internal ribs or pass partition bars can be skillfully integrated or welded, ensuring the integrity of the primary seal in every configuration remains flawless.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are ideally suited for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion engines. For more intricate shapes, they shine in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar uses. Generally, standard gaskets measure 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, enduring maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, thus ensuring versatility and dependability.
Jackets are expertly crafted from a range of superior materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, offering a spectrum of choices for diverse applications.
The filler options are extensive, consisting of expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other robust materials, tailored to meet specific operational requirements.
The gasket thickness tolerance is meticulously set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), upholding the highest standards of precision.
(1). For gaskets sized NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are scrupulously maintained at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are non-existent, thus requiring Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
