DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET

These gaskets are essential for heat exchanger applications and require precision flange surfaces paired with high bolt loads to achieve an optimal seal.
Our single jacketed gaskets are designed with one surface and are fully encased by a metal jacket that covers both the OD and ID. They are perfectly suited for narrow flange widths in low pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets are ingeniously crafted with a dual-piece metal jacket that thoroughly encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Predominantly used in heat exchanger applications, they excel in managing corrosive and high temperature environments.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring that the primary seal remains steadfast and uncompromised in any configuration.

Our gaskets with straightforward designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those with intricate shapes are exceptional for flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, ensuring reliability and versatility.
Our jackets are crafted from an array of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and many more.
Our filler options are extensive, including expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials to suit various needs.
The gasket thickness tolerance is meticulously set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring exacting standards and precision.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are precisely controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, thus requiring the use of Class 600;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, making the use of Class 1500 necessary;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
