DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET

Single jacketed gaskets are engineered with one sealing surface, entirely encased by a metal jacket that covers both the OD and ID. They are perfectly suited for narrow flange widths and are ideal for low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets boast a two-piece metal jacket that completely encases the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Favored in heat exchanger applications, they excel in conditions requiring corrosion resistance and high temperature tolerance.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded to maintain the integrity of the primary seal in all configurations.

Gaskets with simple designs are perfect for the pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal combustion machines. In contrast, gaskets with complex shapes excel in ensuring a tight seal for the flanges of heat exchangers and similar high-demand applications. With widths ranging from 10-25 MM and thicknesses from 2MM-8MM, these general-purpose gaskets can withstand maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, offering versatility and reliability.
Our jackets are crafted from a selection of premium materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more.
The range of filler materials includes expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient options, ensuring a robust seal for every application.
Our gasket thickness tolerance is precisely maintained at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), adhering to the highest standards of accuracy.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are rigorously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm); offering precision you can trust.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available; therefore, Class 600 must be utilized instead.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are non-existent, necessitating the use of Class 1500.
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
