Single jacketed gaskets, characterized by their single surface, are encased entirely in a metal jacket covering both outer and inner diameters. Ideal for applications with narrow flange widths, particularly in low-pressure valve and pump settings.
Double jacketed gaskets boast an ingenious two-piece metal jacket construction that fully encapsulates both their outer and inner diameters and sealing surfaces. Predominantly used in heat exchanger applications, they excel in environments subject to corrosive conditions and high temperatures.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring that the primary seal remains uncompromised across all configurations.

Gaskets with basic designs are tailor-made for pipeline flanges and the sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those featuring intricate configurations shine in flange covers of heat exchangers and comparable applications. Typically, standard gaskets measure between 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, ensuring they are both versatile and dependable.
Jackets are meticulously crafted from an array of high-grade materials such as soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and beyond.
Filler options span a spectrum of resilient materials, including expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and more.
The gasket thickness tolerance is rigorously defined at (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), adhering to our exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets sized from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously maintained at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes ranging from 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes spanning 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are unavailable, requiring the substitution with Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
