Our double jacketed gaskets are expertly crafted with a dual-layer metal jacket, ensuring comprehensive protection by encapsulating the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They are predominantly preferred in heat exchanger scenarios, adeptly managing corrosive conditions and high-temperature environments.

Typically, they have widths ranging from 10-25 MM and thicknesses of 2MM-8MM, capable of enduring pressures up to 6-10Mpa, ensuring versatility and reliability across various applications.
Our jackets are crafted from a premium selection of materials, including but not limited to soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and others, ensuring durability and performance.
Filler options range from expanded graphite and ceramic to PTFE and other resilient materials, offering superior adaptability to diverse industrial requirements.
Our gasket thickness tolerance is precisely maintained at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), guaranteeing adherence to the highest quality standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging in size from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, we maintain strict control over outside and inside diameter tolerances at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, the absence of Class 400 flanges necessitates the use of Class 600 instead, ensuring compatibility and performance.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, where Class 600 flanges are not available, Class 1500 is the preferred choice to meet demanding specifications.
(4). Note that for NPS sizes 14 and larger, the unavailability of Class 2500 prompts the use of alternate classes to maintain integrity and reliability.
