Ingeniously constructed, double jacketed gaskets feature a dual-layer metal jacket that fully encapsulates every surface, including the OD and ID. These gaskets shine in heat exchanger applications, expertly handling corrosive and high-temperature environments with ease.

Typically, general gaskets measure a width of 10-25 MM and a thickness of 2MM-8MM, enduring maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them the epitome of versatility and reliability.
Our jackets are crafted from an exquisite selection of high-quality materials, such as soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and beyond.
Our filler options, designed for resilience, include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, among other robust materials.
Our gasket thickness tolerance is set with precision at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to the highest standards.
(1). For gaskets between NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, outside and inside diameter tolerances are scrupulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, the absence of Class 400 flanges necessitates the use of Class 600;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are unavailable, requiring the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
