DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Presenting our meticulously engineered metal jacketed gaskets, each boasting an exceptionally strong yet thin metallic outer shell that fully shields a robust filler material. This advanced design offers unparalleled resilience against extreme pressure, temperature variations, and corrosive environments. Each gasket is carefully hand-crafted and comes in a wide range of shapes and sizes, featuring a premium assortment of metals and fillers for customized solutions. The innovative, configurable internal ribs further enhance their adaptability. Perfectly suited for heat exchanger applications, these gaskets require precise flange surfaces and substantial bolt loads to guarantee an optimal seal.
Single jacketed gaskets are skillfully designed with one exposed surface, while being fully wrapped by a metal jacket covering both the outer and inner diameters. Ideal for applications with narrow flange widths, they perform excellently in low pressure valve and pump scenarios.
Double jacketed gaskets are masterfully crafted with a dual-layer metal jacket that completely encloses the outer diameter, inner diameter, and both sealing surfaces. They are primarily used for heat exchanger applications, excelling in environments that are both corrosive and subject to high temperature.
Internal ribs or pass partition bars can be effortlessly integrated or precisely welded to ensure the main seal is maintained flawlessly in all configurations.

Gaskets with simple configurations are ideal for pipeline flanges and the sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machinery. Conversely, those with complex designs are particularly effective for the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, these versatile gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, ensuring reliability across various uses.
The jackets are meticulously crafted from an array of superior materials such as soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and beyond.
Our filler options are extensive, including expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other durable materials, providing flexibility for a variety of applications.
The gasket thickness tolerance is stringently set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to precise standards.
(1). For gaskets sized from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are rigorously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For sizes NPS 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, necessitating the use of Class 600;
(3). For sizes NPS 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are not offered, requiring the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for sizes NPS 14 and larger.
