Each gasket is an artisanal creation, available in a vast selection of shapes and sizes, matched with an elite range of metals and fillers. Customizable internal ribs enhance versatility, making these gaskets indispensable in heat exchanger settings. Note that precision flange surfaces and substantial bolt loads are essential for achieving an optimal seal.
Our single jacketed gaskets are engineered with precision, featuring a single surface completely encased by a metal jacket covering the outer and inner diameters. These gaskets are perfectly suited for narrow flange widths in low-pressure applications such as valves and pumps, delivering reliable performance.
Double jacketed gaskets, with their ingeniously crafted two-piece metal jacket, fully envelop the outer and inner diameters along with both sealing surfaces. These gaskets are predominantly utilized in demanding heat exchanger environments and are engineered to withstand harsh, corrosive, and high-temperature conditions.
Internal ribs, known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or impeccably welded, guaranteeing the primary seal remains intact and effective in any configuration.

Gaskets with simple yet effective designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces in internal combustion engines. For flange covers and similar scenarios in heat exchangers, intricate gasket shapes excel. Typically, general-purpose gaskets measure 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them a versatile and steadfast choice.
Our jackets are meticulously crafted from a curated selection of high-grade materials such as soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and other strong alloys.
The filler options are diverse, including expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, among other resilient materials, designed to meet a wide array of application needs.
The gasket thickness tolerance is rigorously maintained at (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring precision and quality.
(1). For gaskets measuring from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, we meticulously ensure the outside and inside diameter tolerances are at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). Note that for NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, and Class 600 serves as the substitute;
(3). Be aware that for NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are unavailable, hence Class 1500 must be used;
(4). For NPS sizes 14 and beyond, Class 2500 is not an option.
