Our Virgin Grade PTFE Gaskets are expertly crafted from 100% pure PTFE material, making them perfect for a wide array of general applications. Produced directly from resin without any pre-shaping, this gasket showcases superior physical and electrical insulation capabilities. It also demonstrates enhanced resistance to deformation when under pressure. Virgin Grade PTFE is easily recognizable by its distinctive, bright white appearance, setting it apart from its mechanical grade version.

Constructed from the synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene, PTFE gaskets are comprised entirely of carbon and fluorine atoms. Naturally hydrophobic, these gaskets repel water and substances based on water. They also feature one of the lowest coefficients of friction in a solid state.
