Single jacketed gaskets present a simple yet effective design. Each gasket is enveloped by a metal jacket covering both the OD and ID, making them perfect for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets showcase an ingenious two-piece metal jacket design that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Primarily used in challenging heat exchanger applications, these gaskets excel in corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised, regardless of the configuration.

Gaskets with simple designs perfectly suit pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines, while more intricate shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Generally, these versatile gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, providing both reliability and adaptability.
Our jackets are crafted from a selection of high-quality materials such as soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring superior durability and performance.
The filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, tailored to meet diverse application needs.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), upholding exacting standards for optimal performance.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are strictly controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, requiring the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
