Single jacketed gaskets offer a unique configuration with one surface thoroughly embraced by a metal jacket, covering both the outer diameter (OD) and inner diameter (ID). Perfectly suited for narrow flange widths, these gaskets perform exceptionally well in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets are ingeniously crafted with a dual-piece metal jacket fully encapsulating the OD, ID, and all sealing surfaces. Predominantly used in heat exchanger applications, they are specifically designed to thrive in corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Expertly crafted internal ribs or pass partition bars can be seamlessly integrated or precisely welded, ensuring the primary seal integrity remains uncompromised in both configurations.

Generally spanning widths of 10-25 MM and thicknesses of 2MM-8MM, they can withstand maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa with ease.
Crafted from high-quality materials, our jackets include options like soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring superior durability and performance.
For fillers, choose from expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, providing exceptional adaptability and strength.
Our gasket thickness tolerance is precisely calibrated at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring exacting precision and unmatched quality.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously maintained at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm), providing superior consistency.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, so Class 600 is the necessary alternative, ensuring optimal performance.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are unavailable, thus Class 1500 is required, maintaining superior standards.
(4). Class 2500 is not an option for NPS sizes 14 and larger, necessitating alternate configurations.
