Single jacketed gaskets boast a single surface entirely enveloped by a metal jacket covering both OD and ID. They are ideal for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications, providing a compact solution.
Double jacketed gaskets are masterfully designed with a two-piece metal jacket that completely envelopes OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They are predominantly used in heat exchanger applications, excelling in handling corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly incorporated or skillfully welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised in both configurations, enhancing durability and reliability.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are perfect for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Typically, general gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, ensuring versatility and dependability.
Jackets are crafted from a selection of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring versatility and strength.
Filler options encompass expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, offering exceptional adaptability and performance.
Gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring precision and uncompromising standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are rigorously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm); offering precision.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead, ensuring compatibility;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500, providing higher capability;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, guiding optimal selection;
