Our gaskets, whether in straightforward or intricate designs, cater to a wide array of applications. Simple designs excel in sealing pipeline flanges and internal-combustion machine surfaces, while complex shapes perform exceptionally in flange covers for heat exchangers and similar high-stakes environments. Typically, these versatile gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, supporting maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa—making them both adaptable and dependable.
Our jackets are meticulously crafted from a curated selection of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring robust performance and reliability.
For fillers, we offer a range of resilient materials such as expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and more, each chosen for their endurance and compatibility with our superior gasket designs.
We adhere to the highest precision standards with our gasket thickness tolerance, precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
(1). Meticulously controlled tolerances for outside and inside diameters are maintained at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm) for gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, ensuring exactness in every piece.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, necessitating the upgrade to Class 600 for optimal fit and performance;
(3). In cases involving NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, the absence of Class 600 flanges demands the utilization of Class 1500 instead, providing enhanced pressure handling;
(4). Note that Class 2500 flanges are unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, requiring alternative configurations for such high-pressure requirements.
