Our single jacketed gaskets offer a unique design, featuring one surface completely enveloped by a protective metal jacket that covers both the OD and ID. They are ideally suited for narrow flange widths in low pressure valve and pump applications, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Double jacketed gaskets are masterfully engineered with a two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Renowned for their use in heat exchanger applications, these gaskets excel in handling corrosive and high temperature environments.
Within our gaskets, internal ribs, or pass partition bars, are seamlessly integrated or expertly welded to ensure the primary seal remains uncompromised in both configurations, providing superior performance.

For straightforward gasket designs, these are perfect for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces found in internal-combustion machines. Gaskets with intricate shapes truly excel in flange covers for heat exchangers and similar demanding applications. Typically, our general gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them the epitome of versatility and reliability in the field.
Our jackets are crafted from a prestigious selection of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring the utmost in durability and performance.
Filler options boast a variety of resilient materials, such as expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and others, providing superior adaptability to meet diverse application requirements.
Our gasket thickness tolerance is meticulously controlled, set at a precise standard of (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring we meet exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are rigorously maintained at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, and thus, the use of Class 600 is required;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are absent, necessitating the utilization of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 does not exist for NPS sizes 14 and above.
